adequate experience
blackout curtains friendly staff good bedding small beach overcrowded beach limited visitors
i appreciated that the room included blackout curtains. this feature ensured i could sleep well. the bed and the bedding also felt good. mohamed, my room service waiter, was very friendly TOO.
the beach felt SMALL because it was for a limited number of visitors. this. the pictures presented on the site looked different than in reality.

uncomfortable bed old furniture
Breakfast had a good variety of choices.
The shower didn't work well and the bed wasn't comfortable. The furniture looks old too.

mixed feelings about this hotel
crowded beach limited drinks
The beach area felt quite cramped. the all-inclusive deal really wasn't all that inclusive. Only soft drinks were actually included. i was surprised that even the local beer required an extra payment, a policy i've never encountered before.

Totally awesome experience, man!
amazing breakfast pristine beach cute staff
The breakfast was totally amazing. There were so many savory foods and fresh pastries. The beach was pristine, I could really relax there! The staff was cute. They even surprised us with a cake for our honeymoon.

clean room comfy beds great breakfast high professionalism
The rooms are very clean with comfy beds. breakfast had great options. I liked the large selection available. the staff displayed high professionalism. i especially appreciated the attentiveness of the staff at the pool bar.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. i appreciated the easy access for my early morning flight. It made the departure smooth.

All facilities, including wheelchair access, are well maintained. It shows care for all guests. the gardens are lovely and very well-kept. I enjoyed walking through them. the pool was clean.

dedicated staff adequate sunbeds attractive beach dining choice
i found the service consistently excellent. the staff were very well-trained and clearly dedicated. there were always plenty of sunbeds available both by the pool and on the attractive beach. i also appreciated the wide array of dining choices for breakfast and dinner!!!
i noticed some dust in a few areas. this seemed like a very minor issue, though.

the hotel staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. they consistently addressed requests promptly. ahmed lamey at the front desk stood out for his professionalism and warm smile!!!

the breakfast buffet offered numerous options. chef abdel nasser prepared special requests each night. hisham provided excellent service, especially with drinks at dinner.
